Sorry I can't help you on the grips but I had to chime in. If you hadn't resurrected this thread, I would have missed seeing Dhart's beautiful 581 & 681. You have done a service for all of us notsofast!

All the way back to 2010 and you never produced 1 pic of this supposed PC 13. I have to assume you still own it and with cell phone technology posting any pics to this forum is as easy as it gets..So I would love to see yours!

While the PC revolvers are nice Im happy w a garden variety 3" M65. I prefer stainless steel over blue bc my skin chemistry is hard on blued finishes. I like the 65 over the snub 66 because the 65 has a longer ejector rod. I'd probably be equally happy w a 3" 681 or 686 but unfortunately don't currently own one.
That said if I wasn't worried about deep concealment I'd step up to a 4" N frame in 357, 44 or 45 as long as it has a round butt and a trigger job. I actually prefer either a 45 Colt or ACP over the 357 due to less muzzle blast..The 44 Special suffers from a lack of a 250 LSWCHP at 900 fps factory load that is readily available. The 44 Mag in factory guise is really too much for me if Im looking at best for gunfighting. I'm big enough that concealing a 4" N frame is easily doable under a covering garment. I'm not built so I can really conceal a N frame under an untucked shirt. I live in central Texas so it is hot as blazes here about 6 months of the year making even a light jacket or vest uncomfortable.
