Default 627 PC fair price ?

looking at a 627 PC 5"barrel 8 shot has the IL rubber grips , case and paperwork looks to only have a couple hundred rounds thru it what is it worth or what would be a fair price on this gun!

I can't really say what a fair price is. It depends on what it's worth to you.

I can tell you that I bought two 8 shot 627 PCs in the last 12 months, one in 357 and one in 38 super, both slightly used. I gave $810 for one and $860 for the other.

FWIW

Dennis.

Are these pre-lock guns? There are plenty of guns with the lock out there for less than $1000. I wish that was true of the former.

One prelock, one not.

It shouldn't matter but I know it does. My "lock" gun is the better of the two I have.

Good deal on the pre-lock. The main difference between the '63 and the '64 Corvette is the split window. Does not affect functionality at all, yet we know which sells for way more.

I'll take the split window but my Dad settled for a 64. Great car and the IL is still a great gun.

One reason the '63's are worth more is that so many of them had their "split" removed in 1964.
