Default Anybody know how to contact S&W Custom Shop?

Does anybody have a contact phone number or e-mail address for the S&W Custom Shop. I’d like to get in touch with them.

I wanted to know if they actually turned out a “production” (a Custom Shop “production” that is) version of the .44 Mag Model 629 with a 6.5” barrel. They apparently offer a 629 with the muzzle porting, detent latch, tune job, etc – but NOT in the 6.5” barrel. I was told they make a shorter barrel version, and a longer barrel version. I just wanted to talk to somebody there and see what they DO offer.

Thanks

Thanks. I'll try that again. I called the main switchboard once already but the young lady who answered didn't really seem to know where to direct my call. I talked to two different people who were very pleasant, but didn't know for sure what the Custom Shop offered. Maybe it was the wrong time of the day.

The people who answer the phone at the regular number usually know almost nothing about the PC & what it's doing or has done.
The PC is really its own division in the company.

Try asking for the Performance Center. The Colt equivalent is the Custom Shop.
