I don't even know if the 43C has been shipped yet :/ I posted a question about it's availability on here a couple days ago, but it didn't get any replies.

This information is in one of the other threads. The 351c is available and it does not have the lock. The 43C's should be shipping this month and have no lock either. Mu 351C shoots very well and does not cost a fortune to shoot. I'm waiting on a M43C for the same reason, even more so. Bob!

Still no M43's out yet. I have not shot my M351C since my last report. My wife keeps it close to her most of the time. Still waiting on the M43C. I guess the person I spoke with at S&W had the wrong info. Bob!
