Smile 50th Anniversary Model 29-10s

It is hard to believe the 44 Magnum celebrated its 50th anniversary five years ago. The two guns shown below were shipped in 2006. The one on the top was made for the S&WCA and auctioned at our annual meeting in Salt Lake City in 2006.

I know there is not a lot of interest in these guns, but wanted to show you what they look like with more traditional stocks and to mention the 44 Magnum is now 55 years old!!

Bill

Wink

I've wondered if old stocks would fit the newer N frames.
Looks like they do! And they look so much better than current factory stocks.

I've seen other posts where you've stated that the -10's are good shooters. So many -2's are for sale in great condition because they were seldom shot and recent design changes make the -10's less interesting.

Did you like that...? I said "recent design changes"... I didn't say that word... accually two words!

I'm goin' back over to the 1896 to '61 forum now.
