Default S&W Model 27-5 - Question...Lew Horton?

This afternoon I purchased a Model 27-5, blued 6", in excellent condition. I looked it up in the S&W Catalog and it says: Report of 110 Model 27-5s made for Lew Horton with 6" barrel and blue finish, "BPZ" prefix, 1997."

Does anybody else have one of these? I bought mine without a box, but know how to get in touch with the original owner. He may have it stashed away. Was it a presentation case, or a standard blue plastic box? Any info about this run? Pictures to follow when I get home. [Pics below]
