Default Pros and cons - Performance Center 327 2"

I'd like to know if anyone that owns or knows about this gun can tell me what they think of it.
I'm looking for a gun to conceal carry, and like that it has 2" barrel.
Is PC worth the extra $$?

Used like new offered for $900 and wonder if that's a good price, when they were only a bit over $1k new.
Do PC guns depreciate less than non PC guns?

Thanks.
