Default Cylinder Play in a New 360 TALO Edition ?

My dealer had a NIB S&W 360 .357 TALO Edition. Nice gun, but it seems to have a lot play both front to back and in the directon the cylinder rotates even with the hammer back compared to my 686 and 629. Same thing but much worse with a NIB 442 and 2 other NIB J Frames.

Is this usual for the newer Scandium Alloy Frame J Frames ?

Every recent N and L frame S&W I`ve bought over the past 3 years lock up tight as a bank vault even after several hundred .357 and .44 Mag. through them .
