Default 625 JM vs PC, what's the difference for $57 bucks?

I am interested in a 45acp revolver, and I noticed that there are two similarly priced, the JM and the red, white, and blue gripped PC revolver. Besides the grip, are there big differences between the two? How much difference would there likely be in the trigger and lockup? Bud's price is $818 for the JM and $875 for the Performance Center. This seems a little odd. For the difference in money do you get all the "famous" PC upgrades? I know the other guns like the big 44 mag or the 1911 cost way more in their Performance Center versions.
