Holster for a 686+ pro series 5" bbl
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has a good idea of where I could find a belt holster for my 686+ pro series with a 5" bbl. It's got that mordern wedge style barrel and I haven't been able to find much of anything for it online. Let me know if you know a good place to look thank you.

The Galco Silohuette for the K/L frame will also work quite well. I can park anything from my 6 inch 617 to my 620 in it and the fit is fine. However, it is an open bottomed holster that rides high on the hip, so a quick draw with a long barreled revolver isn't going to happen unless you're about 7 feet tall.

I had the same dilemma as you with my 8 shooter 627. I bought this holster a month or so ago. I participated in a steel challenge with it and the 627 fit nicely. Not too snug- not too loose and smells wonderful..... if you like the smell of new leather.

If you don't mind Kydex I would suggest Blade-Tech. They seem to be able to build just about anything.
