Default Has anyone improved the Governor's trigger?

I assume that the DA trigger on the Governor needs some extra 'oomph' to reliably pop shotgun primers. Mine seems a bit more than I'd expect in the DA trigger requirement. Has anyone replaced the hammer leaf spring with a full strength Wolff spring, for example? I am not sure lessening the trigger return spring will help much - the DA trigger really is stout. I don't have any trouble with it, but my wife, all 5'10" of her, can't shoot it DA - only SA - and that defies the main use of this thing as a house gun. Any experiences thus far, trigger-wise? Thanks!

Smith and Wesson Revolver Firing Pins

I don't own a Governor myself, but I wonder if installing an extra-length firing pin would help in conjunction with a lighter mainspring.
