Default Question about Model 19 "Dash"

I've looked at some online information about modifications involved in Model 19 variations as denoted by the "-"'s involved. I recently acquired a NIB 19-7, and am just curious how these different evolutions of the 19 are evaluated in terms of worth, shootability, etc.etc.

Many thanks
