Default Help w/ DOB & Value 629-1

I have a neighbor I'm trying to help out. The Model is: M 629-1 Ser. # 91199xx. It has all original papers and acc. (cleaner etc)
orig wood box, he has re- flocked in black, the orig blue disintegrated. I'd say the box and the gun are 95%, no play, no scratches, doesn't seem to have more than a few hundred rounds from the feel of the trigger. Thanks in advance for any help dating and valuing this.
Sorry, it's a 6" Barrel
