Default Sight radius on 3" model 60?

What is the sight radius on a 3" model 60, such as the Model 60 Pro or equivalent?

Default 360 3 inch

Trigg, jump on it. They are (were) selling for $699 here but my dealer just told me the 3inch barrels are discontinued. I too was going to use it as a trail gun having foolishly sold the one i first bought about a year ago for something else i had to have.
The bright side is that the model 60 Pro may just be a better gun for that role and its only about 8 oz. heavier and alot easier to shoot. Thats probably what i will go with and will carry it on my weekly hike. The main thing i think the 360 has over the 60 Pro (other than weight) is that its probably alot more weather resistant. I also like the front sight on the 360 but can always change the 60 front sight out.
Anyway, good luck with whatever you purchase.

It is about 4.75 inches from the rear blade to the center of the Hi-Viz front sight on my 3" 60. They are much easier to shoot accurately than a two inch gun, and seem closer to a 4" in ease of shooting accurately. My favorite trail gun.

Triggernosis, I have two 3" Mod.60s
#1 Mod.60-4 .38 SPL measures 4&7/8ths inch
#2 Mod. 60-15 .357 Mag. measures 5"s exactly
Note: Both guns have adj. rear sights and ramp fronts. The measurements were taken with a plain ruler from the rear of the rear sight blade face to the front edge of the front ramp sight.
If you need a more accurate measurement I can break out a caliper but I doubt it would make any difference. Best regards, Nick
