Default New equipped TRR8

Hey guys, haven't posted in a while, but wanted to offer a pic of my TRR8 with all of my recent goodies attached. Hope you like!
S&W Model 327 Performance Center TRR8
Bushnell TRS-25
Nebo 180 lumen undermount
FiveStar Firearms Range Block with 2 speedloaders

Bushnell TRS is a great value and perfect application - crazy well built no halo.
Nebo is a value item no doubt, but has been perfectly reliable and is super, super bright... absolutely no complaints.
FiveStar Speedloaders... well... no comment except this... they are seriously the best I have ever used. They're perfect.

Nice picture of a really nice looking revolver. I was just looking at one today. Even though you took a nice picture, it really doesn't do the gun justice, I'm sure you agree.

This is one sweet gun. I love mine. Don't have nothing on top yet but I do have a Surefire on bottom.

I use my 627 PC for Steel Challenge with moon clips. Seams much easier to reload and brass stays together.

I do like the 5 Star speed loaders! I just may have to get some and compare.

CIsland, my holster is a nightstand!

Got to put this thing through its paces yesterday and I couldn't be more impressed with the TRS-25... seriously.. 2" groups at 25 yards.

I really like mine. The thick .25 full moonclips are fast as hell, i dont even use speedloaders on mine anymore.
I will say that it isnt made to be shot to much with the light on, It was a pain cleaning the lens and bezel after just a cylinderfull. Kinda wish there was a light that was sitting behind the barrel.

I got a question,I just got a 327 TRR8,the trigger stop is hitting the
back of the the finger guard and has nicked the finish of the gun,any adjustments for this and is it normal,I wouldn't mind so much but this was alot of bucks.
Thanks
Rich

Do they work, and where did you guys get your full moon clips?

Especially in the picture above... I am curious havent found many options and the full moon clips that came with the gun are def. sub-par.

AIUI, the ones supplied by S&W are Ranch Products moon clips. I like them. Most folks like them who do not have to perform reloads on-the-lock. They are inexpensive; a good value.

There are some very expensive moon clips that most serious competitors prefer for use when reloading on-the-clock. I believe they're from TK Custom??? $4 per moonclip. Folks do like them, again, especially for competition reloads.

EDIT: I just checked on both of these.. they do not seem to offer anything for the r8 specifically..<TK was rather vague maybe they omitted something?> I personally was not satisified with the moon clips that came with my R8, and i am looking for "less flimsy" replacements that can be reloaded on the fly. Thank you in advance.
