Hello Again, and thank you everyone for the help from my last post. A couple more simple questions about it. Is there any way I can polish it up a bit. No major scratches, just normal use. And the serial number begins with BRD. Any idea when it may have been made. Thanks!
I'd go after the scratches with some 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper backed by a small rectangular piece of ridged foam (Dura Block) cut down to about the size of a pack of gum. Use WD-40 to clean the sand paper and lubricate/flood the work area.
The backer keeps the flats flat and the edges sharp. Once the scratch was gone, I'd use progressively finer grades of sandpaper to get back to a factory like brushed finish. Final step would be a light going over with Scotch Brite gray pad.

I polished my 640 Pro with Mothers Mag Polish and a cotton t-shirt, stopping just short of "mirror shine".
