Smith and Wesson Factory Store Today..NEW TOY!!
So My son and a buddy made the trip to Springfield today...The Idea being i could look at a 4" Nickle 29 and a 4" blued 57..maybe a 58 4"....Been on the S&W web site a Million times in the last month...They do not make a 4" N Frame Nickle in .41 Mag.....OH YEAH THEY DO!!!!!!...There in the case were 3 Model 58 4" Nickle with the old style Grips...NICKLE!!!!....And the Guys couldnt tell me why they arnt on the web sight...Turns out also that today being Presidents day..all handguns 30% off MSRP.....So when the nice Man told me i could take one of those 58s home for $549...well i couldnt count the shims fast enough!!...Never in a hundred years did i expect a 58 in Nickle...and for the money...Wow

I have to admit that is a good looking Smith, even with the IL. Good price as well. Congrats.

This goes to show that Smith & Wesson still knows how to nickle plate a revolver. That's a great looking revolver and I like the grips also, thanks for sharing.

Thanks Guys...have found out that this is an out of production gun...they also have made in the Classic Line a 4" Nickle 57...So the MSRP on the 58 i have is about 3 years old..So that and 30% off= a Really good deal AND I can shoot this one!!
