Hello , picture comong soon, I am considering this model 29-3 , 3", in very good condition. I believe he said it has K frame round butt or stocks ? Any how is this aspecial model or regular, also w/o box what is the approx. value of one like this, seems to have very little wear, no scratchs that I could see. Thanks in advance ! The Model 29-3 is an N frame model.

It's possible that it's a Lew Horton Special. They were built in the mid-1980's, came with 3" barrels, and round butt frame configuration. If it's a Lew Horton model, they can tell you if you provide the serial number to them. They would have come with Goncalo Alves finger-grooved stocks.

If you can provide the serial number (AAANNNN), someone can give you the ship date.

Depending on condition, they'll run from about $750, and upward. The 3" models are a bit on the scarce side, and they command a premium price. Early last year, I found a Model 24-3, in similar configuration, and figured I got a great deal at $700. Another fellow had a Model 29-3 with Pachmayr's on it, and was still asking $950. I passed on that one. It was a Lew Horton model, but a bit too much, considering the stocks were missing.

its serial # is ALA94XX, and was shipped Nov. '85.

Your revolver was shipped in November 1985.
