Default XS sights on J frame w/adjustable rear

I have a 632 327Fed with the 3" power port barrel and factory adjustable sights. I want to use an XS front sight, but not sure how to work it with the rear blade. XS doesn't offer a set for the J frame, only the front. Any idears?

Also, I would love to have a cylinder release that was a bit longer. I have the Hogue unit on an N frame, anyone make something for the J frame? Thanks!

You would need to open up the rear notch with a file. Even with that, the xs front sight won't sit even in the rear notch it will be coming out of the top a bit.
