Holster for my new 629 3"?
My recent purchase of a 629 Deluxe Talo 3" .44mag has me looking for a holster for it. I would prefer a shoulder or chest mounted rig for this but as of yet, I have not been able to find one. Granted, revolvers are new to me...but I just can't seem to find one. Recomendations and or reviews would be greatly appreciated.

Mitch Rosen and Lobo Leather make great shoulder holsters but only for autos.
In the meantime I am getting an OWB modified pancake style from Lobo for my 3" 686.

Galco makes the Miami Classic and Classic ll with wider straps, for N frame revolvers.

I always recommend Simply Rugged. Great holsters, good prices, and fine folks to deal with.

Richard I went there right after buying this gun...they have one listed for a 4", but not a 3". I was hoping to find an exact fit, may not be able to though.

Should you at some point decide to get a hip holster, you should check out www.purekustomholsters.com. Rocky (the owner/maker) has a listing for a 3" 629, and I can't recommend him enough - some of the finest holsters on the market. Pricey, but worth every penny and then some.

I really like the Guides Choice chest holster. A tad spendy but worth it,,,

Check out the Safariland 568 before buying, I have one and couldn't be more satisfied.

This is the one I will be getting! Thanks a million...a few others on other forums suggested this same rig. It appears to be exactly what I am looking for.
