Are you looking for target or magna? How thin? Wood, polymer, one piece, rubber? Round butt or square? S&W, aftermarket, custom? Checkered or smooth? Just curious.

Definitely wood or bone. Square, any maker, thin as possible, smooth, I'm open to style, but like Ropers. Tks.

I just installed a new set of Ahrends last week on my 27 and they seem pretty thin to me , actually more so than I anticipated. They are the retro target style.

The 1917 pattern stocks are about as thin as you can get. Repops can be had from North Carolina Ordinance...
