Default S&W 686-4

Haven't posted here in quite some time but here's my new to me 686-4 i picked up. I just had to have it and the price was quite nice at $425. It did time at Big Mac aka Mcalester state pen as a guard gun but it looks like it spent most of its time in a vault, there is barely any flame cutting on the top strap.

OSP #6

With its little brother my 642-1 no lock

That's a steal @ $425.
Maybe you should be in Mcalester state pen for robbery?
Enjoy

I've got a 686 4" bbl and love it. It was my first .357 and fast became one of my favorite guns.

I also have a 4" 686-4. Many will tell you that it is the best version of the best gun ever made. I certainly wouldn't sell mine at the you-stole-it-price of $425...

It served time at the prison you say? With the guards or the prisoners? There's just no telling anymore.

Its supposedly a guard gun from McAlester state pen. Thats why the OSP 6 is on the backstrap. Wow if i stole it maybe i should buy the other five they had lol. Nah I dont have the money for that, they also have a 66-4 4 inch for the same price.
