That looks like the current style rear sight from the pic. If so, it won't fit. S&W probably has one, you might call them.

The link is for the new current production sight and it will not work for your application needs.
Is that front screw broken off in the forward hole?
Are you looking for a new sight because the OLD one fell off?
The rear sight you require is available, but you would need to hunt for one.

I think you'll find several on eBay and GunBroker. I've had good success finding square-tang sights on those two sites. I even found a square-tang K-frame sight with the old screw location on GB!
The old screw location is shown on the sight held beside the one on a Model 66-2.

By the way, I have the sight you need but would prefer not to sell it - it's the only N-frame square-tang I have and it belongs on my 629-1. I have a Millett on it now.
But if you strike out EVERYWHERE else, get back with me.

I had a C-More on it. The red dot flew off with one of my heavier loads. That's the reason it has a partial screw. Does anyone know the SKU for the square leaf/tang?
Btw thanks to everyone for your suggestions, I'll look into it.
