686-6 with prod code 164224

I am looking to purchase a 686-6 with box that has a production code of 164224. It is a standard 6" barrel and has the original box, paperwork, etc. The prefix of the serial number is CSB.

When looking at my S&W book, it shows that production code for two weapons but this one does not have a shrouded hammer. Mine does have that new of a three digit serial code.

Anybody help me out on commonality or oddity of this weapon, please. Also, any ideas on a buying price for one that has relatively little use in above average condition?

SKU 164224 should be a standard 6 inch 686. It does not have s shrouded hammer. It is a regular production item.
