Default Alternative grips for my M&P 340

I like the original grips on my M&P 340 but can't utilize a speed loader with them without it hanging up. Very slow to reload. Thought about putting a standard set of RB wood grips and a Tyler T on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Don't the Uncle Mikes like the originals work with speed loaders?

The Uncle Mikes work with speed loaders, and they should, they were patterned by Craig Spegel. But, although not as pretty as nice wood, I've gone to Crimson Trace on my J-fr. snubs. They work well and the laser is a definite plus!

I use the S&W Dymondwood grips on my M&P340. It is pocket-carried, so the grips do just fine. It is one of those "carry alot, shoot alittle" revolvers for me.

Easy to put on a set of Tyler or other adapters, too.

I tore up two separate laser grips and eventually picked up the VZ jframe grips. So far they have held up well. They have a slight grit to them, but smooth enough to still pocket carry.

I use an older set of magnas w/a T Grip. I took it to the range today, but with a set of Pachmeyer oversized grips to save my hands. I went through about 15 rounds of .357, 75 assorted +P and standard pressure.
