Cool Matched set of Nickel 27s

My LGS has a matched set of Nickel 27s, a 3.5 and a 5 inch, in an aluminum case, complete with portholes to check the oil level. I think he has them priced around 2000., what would you personally offer/give for the set. I really don't like the IL, but these are very nice? Billy
