Default Really hard time liking this S&W model..

624 neat gun one of my favorite cals but did not like the way it balanced.
Ordered the Grashron grips and the improvement was much better.
Plus made the clunky thing look alot better.
One positive is that it has the original holster.

Add a T-Grip and you will find it fits your hand a lot better.

I have come to the conclusion, after trying numerous different grips, that "magna" style feel the best to me. This holds true on all of my guns. They allow a high grip alignment with the bore axis and a balanced feel. I'm sure I am siding with the minority here, but my personal preference. Wanting the magna style with something different, I replaced my J S&W targets on my 649 with a set of Grashorn's. Excellent fit, finish and feel. Not cheap but worth every cent in quality. Highly recommended.
