Default Any PICS of a PC627 "Blood Work" in the Hand??

Hey all,

I have several pics of the PC627 Blood Work revolver but none with the revolver "in hand." I have been to several shops trying to see one and handle it, but as of yet I haven't been successful. I was trying to get an idea of how BIG that beauty really is. I have a M65-5 3 inch and know how BIG it is and how it fits my hand, I'd like to see how the PC627 fits.

So, if anyone out there has a PC627 and can post a picture of it in your hand as if you are aiming it, I would really appreciate it.

Of course any great pics of the 627 would be great including showing it residing in your carry rig. Come to think of it I haven't seen many pics of the PC627 in a carry rig. Maybe there aren't many that choose to carry it.

Thanks for your time and help.

Have a GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON.

Here you go, with my average sized hands. I was wondering the same thing before I bought the 627 two months ago. I couldn't find any locally, and in most pics I found on the net it looked kinda small. I ended up buying one on gunbroker, and when it arrived at my FFL, I saw it in person for the first time. It's definitely a big gun. Not ruger super redhawk big, but it looks hefty. As for shooting this gun, I can say that it's the best revolver I've ever shot. I'm no expert, but I've owned almost every other comparable revolver out there, and this takes the prize. Recoil with full 357s felt pretty tame considering, and I was shooting accurately out to 20+ yards. A must own revolver imo.

WOW!!

Thanks for posting that. It really puts things in perspective on that piece.
No question it is a first rate pistol, but seeing how BIG it really is makes me think it would be tough to conceal that baby.

It would make a great CCW piece though. I'd love to have one someday.

Besides the big frame, it's a gigantic cylinder - really thick. If you're only sorta concealing it you'll be fine, but it's no deep CCW. I honestly can't see anybody concealing the 629PC snubbie either.

I think me and the OP are on the same path, looking at the same options - and we'll both probably come to see why the lew horton 681 has such a massive following.

I have a Galco shoulder holster for mine. It is an N frame with a short barrel. Still a large heavy gun. Fun to shoot, though and very comforting if you should need it for a serious social disagreement.

Sorry i don't have any pics of me holding the PC627 but i do of the weapon. It's larger than the L-Frame & harder to conceal, especially with an IWB Holster. Heres a couple pics which might be of interest:

N-Frame Size....

Carry Rig ....

Larger Cylinder.......

But You Can Shoot 357 Cal. All Day Long ....

Best of luck
