Default Warranty turnaround time???
I have to send a NIB mod.17 back to SW, won't cycle when loaded....
Anyone know ABOUT how long it'll be before I get it back??

My 2 trips were 8 & 9 days total. Pretty good turn-around time IMO.

I sent a 4006 that had a bad ejector problem in just before the Christmas break and had it back by the 10th of January repaired and working fine.
