Default Value of 629-1 6" Stainless .44 magnum?

I got a nice S&W 629-1 Stainless .44 magnum in 6" barrel in trade the other day. I decided to see what trade offers I could get for it and was really overwhelmed with the response I got. I've had atleast 10 different trade offers and 10-15 people wanting to buy it. I'm not sure what to value it at so I was hoping someone could help me put a price on it.

Here's a couple pics:

Thanks

I bought the same gun last summer for $615 with its box, tools and all papers. I will admit that I thought I paid a little less than it was worth but that was the seller's asking price.

My 629-1 didn't come with the box but I found one for it...

... and I agree with Ed that 6 Ben Franks is a deal on these big bore stainless revolvers.

Those pretty red stocks are worth a Frank by themselves!

Thanks for the replies, and nice guns! I've gotten a lot of trade offers and a bunch of people askingme what my price is.. So far I've had 2 people offer me $750. I wasn't sure if that was a good price to sell it at or not, so I'm holding out for good trade offers..

I was on GunBroker a little while ago looking for something else and checked on the 629s for sale there. It would seem that I stole mine by today's prices. I saw bids on 6" 629-1s that were higher than I paid; in some cases, a lot higher, so I would think that $750 might be in the ballpark.
