Default Question About Model 10 Metro Police Anniversary

I recently bought a Model 10, Washington D.C. Metro Police, 125th anniversary revolver. It came in a nice wooden case with a key and an engraving plaque. I don't think the gun has ever been fired. From what I'm told I'm missing the owners manual and cleaning rod. I would say the gun and box are easily 99% because there are no marks and I don't think it has been fired. Is it possible to get an owners manual and cleaning rod? Would that increase the value much? Any Idea what the value of this gun would be?

Thanks in advance, Svend
