At that time, the code indicated the last digit of the year shipped (1, for 1991) and the numerical day of that year (351, for December 17).
The 60-7 is a desirable model, +P rated and with wider sights that previous versions. Probably a $475-500 gun with the original box and contents as you describe it. Hope this is helpful.
