Default model 29 anniversary model question

I purchased my model 29 new in 1989. It has a etched portrait of Horace Smith and Daniel Wesson on the right side lockplate. The etching is in the same place as the 150 anniversary model.
My gun has no engraving and no gold filling like the anniversary model.
It has a 6" barrel and the frame is stamped model 29-4. The serial number has three letters and four digits. The digits are 0099.
I'm trying to figure out what this pistol is commerating?

Someplace I have the info for these. They were made up for a distributor. I believe they did both 6 and 8 3/8 inch guns. They also did a 137th Anniv. wreath.
