So here's the story.

My dad ordered a 627 Pro series at the beginning of March and waited and waited. Saturday I found one on Gunbroker for $815 about $100 cheaper than the order he had. We bought it and cancelled our order from the LGS. I've never bought a gun online before but within 30 minutes of clicking buy now the seller called me needless to say the guys has been good to work with. He called my FFL Saturday and mailed it out Monday it shopd be here tomorrow and it is new in box.

This is our first modern revolver. We have a 1906 model 10 that was my grandfathers so we are pretty excited.

I go to pick it up tomorrow afternoon and hope there's no issues with it and we don't have to send it back to Smith as we've been waiting so long for it.

Anyway I will post pics as soon as I get it.

I do have a question how do you clean the matte stainless guns without overly polishing the finish on them?

Solvent and an old t shirt....don't over rub.
