Default Gunbroker Mod 60

For a long time I've had a mental list of "if I run across one I'll buy it" guns. Well I finally decided I wasn't getting any younger and prices weren't getting any cheaper so I went looking for some of them.

Tonight I made my first Gunbroker purchase-a pre-lock Model 60 with a 3" barrel with box and papers. Hopefully it is as nice as it looks in the pics. Seller has great feedback but I'm still a bit nervous.

Will post up some pics when it comes through.

I know that feeling! I just bought a 4 inch 66 on GB to replace one that was stolen a few years ago. No box and after market grips but the gun is OK! I hope yours is too.

Most of the time you get what you expect. My experience has been that the used ones are really fired more than the seller would indicate (surprise...surprise). I generally make Internet purchases like I do used cars....assume it's had the **** ran out of it and go from there. I have been pleasantly surprised and a bit disappointed as well. Try and look for the sellers with the most feedback and get a right-to-return if you can. There is nothing wrong with buying off the good Internet sites and sometimes, if you want a particular gun and can't wait....you may have no choice. Good luck!
