I believe the firing pin is called a hammer nose. I just spent about 3 weeks finding one for a M 10-8. Other than taking your chances on eBay you might try Ahlmans out of Minnesota. They had one hammer nose left for my 10-8. Also Jack First in SD might have one. Jack First is making them for K frames. They weren't cheap, but your revolver is a paperweight without one.

Say what? Even the lowly hammer mounted firing pin is getting hard to find? I find this very disturbing.
As a last resort I guess you can find a machinist who will make one for you. I have not (yet) broken one but I didn't expect to have trouble finding a replacement.

There was a recent thread on this for someone looking for these parts for a 629-4, which I think are the same for your model 25. Jack First had them, 2 hammer noses and rivets for $60:
629-4, Broke the firing pin on hammer. Repair or replace hammer?
