Default LATEST REVISION NUMBER FOR THE 686

Bought a NIB 3" Talo 686 plus last July and model revision number is hard to read. The stamping on the frame looks like "686-6" but could be "686-8".

What is the latest revision of the model 686 plus?

Thanks, Paul

Paul,

I have a 3 inch 686 Plus I bought earlier this year and it is stamped -8. The envelope with the empty casing is dated 3/2013. Hope that helps.

Thank you sir. The "-8" is lightly stamped and looks more like "-6" but the gun was built this year so you've cleared that up for me.
