Default Anything new for 2014?

I'm hoping for a 3" 5 shot in 45lc on a k frame, but that's not going to happen, does anone know of what's in the works?

I could not wait for Smith to build one either. I did find something interesting to take its place while waiting. I picked up a Taurus 450t, it has 2' barrel, holds five rounds of 45lc, fits my K frame snubby holster and it is all titanium, weighs 19.8 oz empty almost doubles when you load it.

You may get your wish. I saw a SW video that they are making SW 9 mm revolver but if you look at there table it looks likes maybe a 45 or larger. Take a look and tell me what you see. Looks like a 460 rev. with fiber opt. I'm not good at just looking at guns and knowing what make it is but get back to me and tell me what you see ???

That video has been taken off the net. I bet lots of people saw it and e-mail S&W.

My two LGS are going to the dealer show next week- one is going to N.C. and one in Vegas. We will know soon. I'm in need for something different and i'm sure we all are. Sending a e-mail to S&W and telling them what you would like to see them build is a good idea .... They like that and they want to know....

I would like to see some baby cannons, more feather weight magnums and some nice PC special editions.

Does Smith make or bring back different stuff every year usually?

I e-mailed S&W again, asking them what's new for 2014 but haven't heard from them. I am in need for something different. I would also like to see S&W or Ruger make a baby cannon in a PC gun.
I would be all over that. Would you wait until all the bugs were out?

You got your wish. Did you see the new guns from SW -2014 ? I'm going to my LGS tomorrow and ordering one of those 9 mm rev. I can't find the spec. on the barrel sizing .355 or 357. I read that the .355 would be a better gun for bullseye.

Well, when you find your baby cannon, Grizzly has a PUNCH round in 45lc and a PUNCH in 357. They look like real bone crushers and are 'oy yeah!' fast. A bit excessive but I plan to use them in my 460 & Ruger GP100 for home protection. Feed 'em well...

A K-frame is too small. It would need to be an L-frame

As luck would have it S&W will be introducing a 5 shot, 44 Magnum, L-frame in two weeks. The Model 69
