As above, it's no S&W, and you may not be able to get it out easily or at all.
Get a can of Kroil at a gun shop or from Brownell's, possibly a local machine shop supply house or farm store. Kroil is a super penetrating fluid, the best there is.
Drive out the cross pin, then stand the gun up in a braced position, muzzle down.
Put a few good drops of Kroil on the locking pin and in the cross pin holes.
Let soak 24 hours.
With the muzzle pointing UP, use a plastic screwdriver handle to give the area around the pin sharp raps, hopefully vibrating the pin out.
If this doesn't work, the only other option is to have a good machinist use a milling machine to precision drill the pin out without touching the actual barrel.
You DON'T try this with a drill or even drill press.
In order to do that you'd probably have to remove the barrel from the frame and that you DO NOT want to even consider.
That requires special tools like a frame wrench with polymer inserts that perfectly fit the front of the frame and a special barrel vise.
Another possible option is to have a hole drilled in the front of the lug so the pin can be pushed out with a punch.
Given the looks, it's probably a cheap foreign Spanish or Belgian gun and attempted barrel removal will likely bend or break the frame.
