Standard Catalog of Smith and Wesson 4th edition mentions Product Code 102714, 2-1/2" barrel with stainless finish, 6 shot fluted cylinder in .357 Magnum, red ramp front sight, white outline adjustable rear sight, drilled and tapped, synthetic Hogue grips on a round butt frame, Ladysmith laser engraved on sideplate and packed in a Ladysmith marked softside carry case by Bob Allen. Limited production 1996.

It sounds like a nice one; I hope that helps. Welcome to the Forum!

Added: It should be a -4

Todd
