Circa 1981. Around 2,000 made. Model 19-5, 4", blue, target trigger, target hammer, target stocks, hammer and stock, red ramp front sight insert, white outline on rear sight blade. On right side marked "US secret Service 1865 -1965. Secret Service star on right side of frame and case lid. Serial numbers were sequentially numbered USSS-xxxx.

For photos do a Google search on "S&W Secret Service commemorative S&W 19-5 images" and you will get a ton.
