Default 3 revolver presentation case question

I ran into a deal today on a large wood presentation case that held a 686-1 6", 63 no dash 4". It was missing the 629 6", but had the manuals for all 3. Has anyone seen on of these cases with these 3 revolvers n them before? And what would the value b on just the case? It is in good shape and has the key to the locks.

IIRC, about 20 years ago, a bank in Colorado was giving the set for a CD in lieu of interest. Joe

I believe it was 'Bank of Boulder, CO', and Browning shotguns or Weatherby rifles were available. I think the time frame was ~1985 to 1995. I moved from South Dakota to Georgia for a better job in 1989 and had real longings for that Weatherby rifle.

QUOTE: [ A number of other banks have had similar programs. The First National Bank of Colorado, which last year changed its name from the Bank of Boulder, began offering guns instead of interest payments in 1976.
It dropped out in 1998 as interest rates fell and gun manufacturers raised prices, making it harder to give customers a better deal than they could get in sporting goods stores, spokesman Bill Reef said.
"It was very popular," he said. "It brought in quite a bit of money from markets we couldn't have touched as just a small bank in Colorado."] QUOTE

Anyone else have one of these? Does any one know, or know a way I could find out the approximate value of this?

I had one. Value is quite low as you will encounter very few people who have the proper guns for it AND would like to have such a box for them. I gave mine away to some gunshow friends by throwing it in with a deal we had made. Ebay would be your only option for selling it for more than a few bucks.
