Default just picked this up today new in box

A nice 686pc 357/38 ...I was just looking around and it came home with me...now I need a good high holster for it owb....any ideas but I want leather....galco makes one ,,,,any other suggestions ?

I just put in an order with Lobo Gun leather for their enhanced pancake model for my 627 (n-frame version of same gun).

I use DeSantis holsters for my 3" 686 and 2.5" 66. Very nice and they ride high.

Depending on how you want to carry, there's nothing wrong with Blackhawk holsters which are very popular among discriminating on-duty & off-duty use in law enforcement.
