Default Ship Date?

Well,I have exhausted all of my sources for info.

My listing of dash numbers runs out at 10-8.

My latest revolver is a 10-11, serial number CDC7321. I'm guessing late 1990's.

Can anyone pin the ship date down closer?

Thanks

A call to S&W customer service will give you the exact date, and cost you nothing.

Well, that worked to perfection!! I sent off an email to customer service last Friday with the model and serial number.

I received a quick response telling me that it could take up to 5 business days for a response.

At 1:30 PM this afternoon there it was. My revolver was shipped from the factory on 7/19/1999. I appreciate the link. I never thought S&W would pay someone to sit and respond to emails about ship dates. Hmmm, maybe I'll apply for a job - I think I could handle the pressure!!

The CDC's are all over the calendar, but I never would of guessed they were still shipping as late as July 1999.

Well, 'maybe' since this was shipped to Victoria, Australia, it may have been the last of a total shipment???

With S&W one never knows!
