Here is my only K Frame. My $330 65 LadySmith. It was a rental at a local shooting range that i rescued about 3 or 4 months ago. Despite the fact it was a rental and it is slightly cosmetically challenged, it locks up nice and tight and the timing is perfect. Very accurate as well.
Really love K Frames and would like to have more. Especially the 3 inchers. I have five J Frames, and four L Frames. I have really neglected the K Frames! Would love a 3" Model 13.

I have a few.
First one is a 67 no dash that I bought new in '72, right after I got out of the Army.
Model 19-4, 1980 vintage, nickel. Note that the box is not the one that the gun came in.
A 1980 vintage 66-1.
A less pretty 66-7, last of the breed in 2005.....until they reintroduced the 66-8 just this year. I used this one in IDPA SSR competition and put a lot of rounds through it. Never a glitch, it's reliable as a hammer.
Last but by no means least, a brace of 617-6s.

show us your K frames
here's a couple more K's to share that are in the box beauties:
model 66-1 with 4 inch barrel
and a model 19-3 nickel with 2.5 inch barrel
i'm not smart enough to enter in a conversation about the era of P&R revolvers, but I sure do like they way these cylinders look

Trolley-you're right it does stick out slightly more, although the angle makes it look worse. Never even noticed it before. The frame cut down to the hammer slot also looks more "swooping" than some of the other 19-4's pictured. Got me curious, maybe i'll measure it. Came with original box, tools parts list and didn't find any indication of modification.

I recently realized that I absolutely love k frame size and balance. There's a show coming up here next month and I'm hoping I have enough cash to grab another. Either a 38 or 357. 2"-6", doesn't matter. I traded off the NY-1 pictured and seriously miss that gun. So I'm hoping to add another to the collection. I think I'm going for something blue, but won't turn my nose up at a 66/65/64 for sure. I just love 'em all.
By the way, it is a real NY-1. I swapped the hammer and grips out. Here's a pic of it the day I brought it home. Saved original parts and sent them along to its new owner to set it up how he pleased.
