Default Model 36 Cylinder Tight

I have three smiths but one, my NIB model 36, has a really tight cylinder. I keep reading that I should tighten the ejector rod but I can't locate a screw for the life of me. Where can I find it?

Put some empty cases in the charge holes and twist the ejector rod. It's screwed in. Do it by hand. If it is loose keep an eye on it. If it gets loose again buy the tool from brownells. Always use empty cases in the cylinder to lock up the star. Never use pliers on the rod, ever. Be sure if it's right or left hand threads.

By the way describe tight. Is it opening or turning that's tight?

Make sure side plate screws were not mixed up. Loosen the yoke screw just a little to see if that does it. If it does someone may have mixed up screws.
