S&W 642-2 Practice ammo?
My gun has a red Crimson Trace LaserGrip. What (relatively) inexpensive, reliable rounds do most of you use for "practice" that won't foul the barrel? Please include the brand name and grain size, etc. (I load Hornady defensive rounds at home.) Most appreciated!

My range ammo is usually either Fed or Win 130gr fmj. Which ever I can find cheapest. I use it in every .38 I've owned (including my 642).

Before I started loading I mostly used remington umc. It's readily available and I've never had one not go boom. I think it's like 125 or 130 grain full metal jacket stuff.
