Default Christmas Present from wife

My wife gave me my first S&W for Christmas. 629/6, got the box, all of the paperwork including the original receipt and S&W propaganda. Has Laser Grips and looks like it hasn't had a box of ammo fired through it. It's going to rain on New Years day or I would be at the range. She paid $650 for it which I think is a fair price. MY wife is also a shooter has good taste IMHO.

Great gift!!! You will not be disappointed!!! The price is great also, especially with laser grips.
Now for the bad news. You are 98% likely to become an addict. This will probably be the first of many S&W revolvers which alone is a good thing. The bad part comes when you are trying to sell things around your house to make that next purchase.

Super gift! My wife has given me two Smith and Wessons as Christmas gifts in the past - a 22A and an SD40ve. Actually, what happened was I bought the guns, then put them down in front of her and said, "Here's what you're getting me for Christmas." Could've been worse...she could've taken them back and exchanged them for a tie. Thankfully, she didn't.

Enjoy the big .44!
