Grip options for 60-18
Hey guys I picked up a nice little 60-18 in 357 magnum at my local pawn shop. It's a great shooter but it has a 5 inch barrel and the short boot style panel grips. So it makes it feel a bit awkward. I'm looking for the longer style grip for a j frame round butt. Any info you can give me I appreciate I haven't had much luck.

My 60 Pro has a 3 inch barrel and wears Pachmayr Grippers. It's a nice big grip so its comfortable and easy to shoot.

I ordered a set of the grips that I believe are sold on the 60 pro series. They are wood round/square conversions that are partially stippled and partially checkered. They are currently on my 640 pro. The feel great and extend an inch below the grip frame.
They are $65 from handgungrips.com. About halfway down the page:

Thanks guys, I actually bought a 60 pro the same day. I guess I was having a model 60 day. I love the grips on the pro and the fact it's a square conversion. But I want something with a different pattern for this gun. I'm up for getting something custom just don't know where to go.

I've always liked these. They come up on the bay every once in a while.

I like those. Close to my pro but different enough. Sorry for the rookie question but the ones in the pic are they for a square butt or round butt?

I bought these here in classifieds for my 642-1 rd. butt.
These combats are rd butt specific. The larger J combats, will work for rd. or sq.

They are actually for both. They are cut for square, but have wood on the bottom of the spine to cover the space when installing them on a round butt.
Not my pic, but it illustrates round butt installation.
