I like this 19-2 and 27-2 pair of 1966's .
Both have Baughman ramps with proud FS pins, yellow inserts, diamond GA targets and TT/TH combos.

I have a couple 357's. And I will have a couple more in a few days...

My EDC is this no-lock M&P 340.

My very first S&W was this early 4" 686 no dash.

I will post a couple of 66's when I get them home.

Here is my M27 I purchased in 1964. A wonderful shooter, I fed it lots of re-loads years ago. The Cokes were ordered directly from S&W shortly after I bought it.

Yep, I'll play!

First, my original pistol buy when I turned 18. A nickel 5" 27-2; probably well north of 30K rounds through it:

Next is my "Outnumbered" 27-5 which I got in January (unfired). It's round count is over 1K now as it is a blast to shoot as the 6 1/2" barrel manages recoil better with full bore 357 ammo I find:

This one I bought last year unfired also; a 50th Anniversary of the 357 Mag 5" 27-3. But I couldn't resist and have started shooting it occasionally now; probably around 100-125 rounds through it:

And the newest shooter, which is actually my wife's new pistol. It's a 3" 60-15 and it's round count is over 400 in a little over a week. It's also the only IL equipped pistol in the house and hasn't given any problems to date:

Finally, here is my latest 27, but it isn't a shooter (so far). It's an unfired 4" nickel 27-2 I bought off GB earlier this month. I plan to keep this one pristine, but I will have to fight myself to do so. :

Default M19 and M66 2.5" potential ADDICTION ALERT........................

I happened on to this M66-4 2.5", in spite of not being much of a snub nose fan I couldn't resist it at $500 from Plano Pawn, some very nice folks I found on GA. From the second I got it in hand I realized what all the fuss over snub nose M66 revolvers was all about. I like this new revolver so much I had a pancake holster from Lobo made with the quick and easy to remove loops and went a step further to show this beauty the proper respect and bought a pair of bubinga grips from Ahrends. It came with the original Pachmyrs that were in very nice condition. One comment to new owners of Ahrends, I neglected to read the installation notes and was having a bit of difficulty so when all else fails, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Kim Ahrends notes that each pair of grips are double tested for a snug fit, and my friends this man speaks the truth. to say they fit like a glove would be a understatement and the urethane finish you are looking at is a beautiful satin no gloss very natural finish. I purchased them on Ebay on gripseller who just received a new shipment so check Terry's new selection out.
One note of caution, I found the immediate need to add a M19 or another M66 2.5" to my collection and haven't seen one for much less than $700 since, and more realistically $800 being the average on the 19's. Well anyway it gives one yet another pursuit to follow. This is what I lucked into.

Here's a few. First year HP and some 686's, and might as well throw in a 65-5.
I would like to point out that the smooth targets on the HP were bought from forum member VM several years ago, and the smooth targets on the 65 came to me by forum member howiema. Thank you both.

I have one. It's never tasted a .357 round, though. It lives on .38s. Pictured here with his little brother.

I THINK THAT A THREAD LIKE THIS WARRANTS THE INSTALLATION OF A "MASTER LIKE BUTTON" BY THE ADMIN. THAT WAY, A GUY LIKE ME WHO LOVED EACH AND EVERY PIC IN THE THREAD, COULD SAVE LOTS OF TIME AND ENERGY. THERE ARE SOME TRULY BEAUTIFUL REVOLVERS OUT THERE, IN THE HANDS OF OUR MEMBERS…..
